I want to return my purchase? What do I do?

So you don't love the item(s) you ordered and would like to return the items for a store credit, but are scared of being hassled by a not-so-fun returns department? No problem! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Nuwear.com you can return your item(s) for store credit or exchange of goods within 365 days of purchase NO QUESTIONS ASKED. We will gladly take back any item(s) you have purchased at Nuwear.com as long as it complies with the below guidelines.

  • Item(s) must be unworn, unlaundered, and in the state you received them.
  • Item(s) must be in original brand packaging.
  • Returned within 365 days of delivery (1 full year!)
  • All items purchased as discontinued/clearance cannot be returned.
  • We love to give gifts, however all free and promotional items cannot be returned.

*Please understand that we can only issue a credit back to your banking/credit card within the first 30 days of purchase. However, store credits or exchange of goods can be issued up to 365 days after purchase. At Nuwear.com we pride ourselves in customer care, so you can be guaranteed an easy, painless, and no questions asked return policy. To submit a return, please visit the RMA section in My Accounts. Here you can select the order and item you would like to return and submit the RMA for approval. You will receive an email within 1 business day approving your return (please note: some returns may not be excepted if they do not comply with the return policy, please reference our No Questions asked Return Policy to insure a quick and easy return). After your return has been approved please visit the My Accounts section to print out your pre-filled return form (a link to this form will be emailed to you immediately after approval). Then simply send your return with the prefilled form to the address below and your good to go. It's Easy, painless and fast. What is a "No Questions Asked" return policy?

No one likes to be hassled or interrogated when returning an item that didn't work out. At Nuwear.com we understand that for our customers to have the best online shopping experience, the return process must be easy and worry free. When returning an item, simply follow our "No Questions Asked" return policy and you can be sure that returning items to Nuwear.com can be fast, easy, and painless.

Can I return a gift that was sent to me?

You didn't like your gift? No problem! All you need to do is contact your Nuwear customer support team at 1-877-568-9327 and they can assist you with the Return/Exchange process. You will need to provide one of the following:

  • Purchaser's email address
  • Purchaser's first and last name
  • Purchaser's billing address
  • Purchaser's phone number

When returning the gifted item, please follow our easy "No Questions Asked" return policy. Be sure to give us a call to assure that the exchange/store credit is issued to you, the correct recipient.

How do I exchange an item?

Items can be easily exchanged using the RMA option in you're my Accounts section. Please specify which item you would like to exchange your item for. If the exchanged item is valued at more than the new item, a credit will be issued to your Nuwear.com Account. Please understand that your credit card information may be needed in the exchange process. Please follow our "No Questions Asked" return policy to assure a quick and easy exchange.

How do I know if an item is nonrefundable?

Easy! Just read through our "No Questions Asked" return policy to be sure your return meets the necessary requirements. Remember, discontinued and clearance items may not be returned.

Once I send back my return, how long does it take for a credit to appear on my account?

Once the item(s) is received and inspected by the Nuwear fulfillment warehouse, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours for the return to be processed and the store credit to be issued to your account. Please understand that if for some reason you are waiting on a credit to your banking/credit account that it may take 2 to 10 days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account, depending on your credit card company.

What are Nuwear's shipping and return policies?

We believe that for our customers to have ultimate seamless shopping experience the return policy must be as easy and worry free as possible. Unlike most online retailers, Nuwear.com stands by a "No Questions Asked" return policy. This means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase within 365 days of sale you can return the item for a store credit or exchange of goods, no questions asked. Please reference our simple return policy for further detail.
We ship all orders United States Postal Service or via UPS. All P.O. boxes, APO and FPO addresses are shipped using United States Postal Service. Standard delivery times are 6-9 days.

How long do I have to return an item?

You have 365 days from the date the order was placed to exchange/return an item(s).

Are there any restocking fees or hidden charges that will apply to my return?

Of course not! The only fee you are required to pay when returning an item is postage when sending the item back to us. Since Nuwear.com owns its own fulfillment center, restocking fees are not charged. We find restocking fees to be unnecessary and overpriced return labels to be insulting to our customers. Who would want to pay a fee to return an item?

How will my order be shipped?

We ship all orders United States Postal Service or via UPS. All P.O. boxes, APO and FPO addresses are shipped using United States Postal Service. Standard delivery times are 5-7 days. Shipping is Free for all U.S orders over $50.00.

When will I receive my order?

All orders ship within 24 hours of order being placed (excluding weekends and holidays). When any order is shipped from the fulfillment center, an email is sent out immediately giving you a confirmation and tracking number.

How are items packed and shipped?

All items are shipped in either mailbags or boxes depending on order size. Some items will be wrapped in tissue paper or packing paper within the bag/box for extra protection during the shipping process.

Do you ship to APO addresses and PO Boxes?

Yes! We ship to APO, PO Box, and FPO addresses using the United States Postal Service.

How do I know if my order has shipped?

A confirmation email that includes your tracking number is immediately sent to you when your order has shipped.

Do I need to pay sales tax?

It depends on what state you live in. If you are required by your location to pay tax, it will be calculated automatically in the last step of the checkout process and presented to you.

Can I reopen an order that has been canceled?

Yes! Just call the Nuwear.com Customer Support Team at (877)568-9327 and they will be happy to help. Please understand that we may need to reauthorize your card.

How can I cancel my order?

Orders are sometimes packed and shipped in as little as one hour after submitting your order. This means that if you wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately by calling us toll free at (877)568-9327 and our customer support team will be happy to assist you.

I need a much higher quantity than what is available. Can you special order?

It depends on the item. Send us an email explaining your request or call our Customer Support Team at (877)568-9327 and they will be happy to assist you.

No, at this time Nuwear.com has no brick and mortar locations.
